I started in residential real estate in 1979 after a short career as a Special Education teacher in Maine. I am a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) and have earned the GREEN designation which is knowledge of energy efficient practices.

After a few years, I expanded to commercial real estate obtaining the prestigious CCIM designation in 1985 – only the 11th person in the entire state of Massachusetts to achieve this. I have represented the industrial parks in multiple area towns and have helped many regional entities acquire and sell real estate. By staying current in the latest techiques of marketing, buyer representation and commercial knowledge, I have developed a strong following in both commercial and residential real estate.

I enjoy being active in my community as well as the local Realtor association. I have received the Realtor of the Year award twice, have served on the board of directors, and am past president of the 1,800 member Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley.

An avid outdoorsman, I enjoy biking, hiking, swimming, playing tennis, racquetball, skiing, snowshoeing and working on the farm.
